The CONVERSip MP1000 Media Platform was named as an Innovation Award winner for 2004 by Technology Marketing Corporation (TMC®)'s TMC Labs division. The Innovation Awards exemplify the best and the most unique products and services that this industry has to offer. According to Tom Keating, CTO and Editorial Director at TMC, "Comdial has demonstrated a commitment to quality, and a commitment to the further development of the VoIP industry through its CONVERSip™ MP1000. Comdial deserves this great honor, and I look forward to seeing other innovative solutions from them as they continue to contribute to the future of the VolP marketplace."

In 2003 Comdial's Converged Telephony Platform was selected by was selected by Internet Telephony Magazine as one of its "2003 Product of the Year" winners. It was selected for "deserving leadership status in the IP telephony industry," according to Rich Tehrani, president of TMC and group editor-in-chief of Internet Telephony.

In 2002 Comdial ranked #155 among the top 250 Publicly Held Companies in Florida by Florida Trend magazine, moving up 5 places from its #160 rank in 2001.

In 2002 Comdial’s FX II Converged Telephony Platform was selected by Internet Telephony Magazine as one of its “2002 Product of the Year” winners. It was selected for “demonstrating true innovation, the hallmark of Internet Telephony Product of the Year award winners,” according to Greg Galitzine, editorial director, Internet Telephony Magazine.
